Returns

Items must be returned/received within 30 days of date received. If more than 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Shipping will not be refunded and you are responsible in paying shipping to send it back to JME Creation Spot. 

To complete your return, we require an email describing the problem with your order. ***Please note 3.5% will be deducted for the fees we paid for processing your payment as well as a 10% restocking fee on your returned items****

Non-returnable items: 

- Blank Sublimation Items that are "Non- Sublimated".

- Shipping 

- Downloadable files and or images 

- Decals and/or Printed Images

- Customized Products

- Discontinued and/or Clearance Items

- Used Products

-Wrong Size/Color Shirt

Our custom graphic tees are custom made to order and are not returnable per JME Creation Spot Return Policy. Please double check your size with the size chart, your shirt colors will look good with the design color, and your shipping info is correct. Colors may vary due to screen settings. Print colors are as shown in the images.
