Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with JME Creation Spot! We’re a small business, and we truly appreciate your support. If something isn’t quite right with your order, please read the details below.

✅ Return Eligibility

Items must be returned and received within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a return, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll review your request and provide return instructions.

💳 Refunds & Fees

Once your return is received and inspected:

A 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
A 10% restocking fee also applies to all returned items.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

We will notify you once your refund has been processed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Blank sublimation items that are non-sublimated
Shipping charges
Digital/downloadable files or images
Decals and/or printed images
Customized or personalized items
Clearance and discontinued items
Used items
Wrong size or color selections (please double-check your order before checking out)

👕 Custom Graphic Tees & Made-to-Order Items

All custom tees and made-to-order products are final sale and non-returnable.

Please double-check:

Your shirt size using our size chart
That the shirt color works well with the design
That your shipping address is accurate
